This Trademark Policy governs the use of FindPlay's trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand assets globally, and describes how FindPlay handles trademark complaints from third parties.
1. FindPlay's Trademarks
The following are trademarks and service marks of FindPlay, Inc. (collectively, "FindPlay Marks"):
FindPlay (word mark)
FindPlay logo (device mark — the current version as published at findplay.com/brand)
Play (as used in the FindPlay platform context)
FindPlay Trust Centre (service mark)
Any other marks, logos, product names, or slogans designated as trademarks by FindPlay from time to time.
FindPlay's trademarks are registered or pending registration in applicable jurisdictions including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and key Asia-Pacific markets. FindPlay actively protects its trademark rights globally.
2. Permitted Use of FindPlay Marks
The following uses of FindPlay Marks are permitted without a separate written licence:
Referential use: Referring to FindPlay by name (in plain text, without stylisation) in factual, non-commercial, editorial, or journalistic contexts (e.g., "listed on FindPlay", "a FindPlay provider").
App store and platform listings: Referring to FindPlay compatibility in app store listings (e.g., "integrates with FindPlay") in accordance with the applicable app store's guidelines and these terms.
Authorised partner use: Use of FindPlay Marks by authorised partners (including micro-marketplace licensees and enterprise partners) strictly in accordance with FindPlay's Brand Licence Quality Standards and the applicable licence agreement.
Press and media: Use of FindPlay Marks in press releases, news articles, or media materials for the purposes of fair reporting, subject to the guidelines at findplay.com/brand.
3. Prohibited Use of FindPlay Marks
The following uses of FindPlay Marks are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from FindPlay:
Using any FindPlay Mark as part of your own business name, product name, or domain name.
Displaying FindPlay's logo or device marks in any marketing, advertising, or promotional material without authorisation.
Altering, modifying, or creating derivative versions of any FindPlay Mark.
Using FindPlay Marks in a manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with FindPlay that does not exist.
Using FindPlay Marks in any way that is likely to cause confusion, deception, or mistake as to the source, origin, or sponsorship of goods or services.
Using FindPlay Marks in connection with content or services that violate FindPlay's Acceptable Use Policy, Community Standards, or applicable law.
Registering any domain name, social media handle, or other identifier that incorporates FindPlay Marks or is confusingly similar to them (cybersquatting).

FindPlay maintains a trademark watching service across all registered jurisdictions and will take appropriate action against infringing registrations or uses.
5. Reporting Trademark Infringement
If you believe that a listing, user, provider, or third party is using FindPlay's trademarks in an infringing manner, or that a third party is using a mark that infringes FindPlay's rights, please report this to:

Your report should include:
Your name and contact details.
A description of the FindPlay Mark you believe is being infringed.
A description of the allegedly infringing use, with sufficient detail or evidence for FindPlay to investigate (e.g., URL, screenshot, listing title).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is infringing and is not authorised.
Your signature (physical or electronic).
FindPlay will acknowledge receipt of all trademark complaints within 5 business days and will investigate in accordance with its Trust & Safety procedures.
6. Reporting Third-Party Trademark Infringement on FindPlay
If you are a trademark owner and believe that a FindPlay user or provider is using your trademark without authorisation in their listing, profile, or content on FindPlay:
Submit a complaint to trust@findplay.com with the information set out in clause 5 above, along with evidence of your trademark ownership (e.g., registration certificate or application number).
FindPlay will review the complaint and may remove or require amendment of the relevant content where it determines that infringement is likely.
FindPlay is not the adjudicator of trademark disputes between third parties. Where the matter is contested, FindPlay may require the parties to seek a legal determination and will comply with any court order or judgment.
7. Brand Guidelines
FindPlay's full brand guidelines, including approved uses of the FindPlay logo, colour system, typography, and brand assets, are available at findplay.com/brand. Authorised partners and licensees must adhere to these guidelines at all times.
8. Domain Names and Social Media
FindPlay reserves the right to initiate domain name dispute proceedings under applicable national and international dispute resolution procedures against registrants of domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to FindPlay Marks, including through:
USA: Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) administered by ICANN-accredited providers.
Australia: .au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP) administered by AUDA.
UK: Nominet Dispute Resolution Service (DRS).
EU: EUIPO EUTM dispute resolution and national proceedings.
Singapore: Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (SDRP).
Japan: JPNIC/JPDNS dispute resolution procedures.
FindPlay similarly reserves the right to report and request removal of social media accounts and handles that impersonate or unlawfully use FindPlay Marks, in accordance with the applicable social media platform's trademark policies.
9. No Implied Licence
Nothing in these terms or on the FindPlay platform grants any person or entity an implied licence to use FindPlay Marks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FindPlay, Inc.
