Version: v1.1
FindPlay respects intellectual property rights and expects all users and Play Providers to do the same. This policy describes how FindPlay handles copyright complaints under applicable law across all jurisdictions in which FindPlay operates.
1. User Content and Copyright
By submitting content to FindPlay — including listing descriptions, images, videos, logos, session plans, reviews, and other materials — you represent and warrant that:
You own the intellectual property rights in the content, or you have obtained all necessary licences and permissions from the rights holder.
Your content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
You grant FindPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating the platform and promoting your listing.
FindPlay does not claim ownership of content submitted by users. You retain all ownership rights in your original content.
2. DMCA Notice and Takedown — United States
FindPlay's primary copyright complaint process is governed by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that content on FindPlay infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material, with sufficient detail for FindPlay to locate it (e.g., URL, listing title, screenshot).
Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
